We are pleased to congratulate Wayne Coetzer, General Manager of the Oyster Box Hotel, Umhlanga who was awarded the Red Carnation Hotel's 'Manager of the Year' award at a ceremony held in London on March 28 2010. Well done, Wayne!

We have each progressed in our personal realms and drawn cohesiveness as a team as we have explored the steps to effective networking. It is a personal journey that can progress at your own pace, no matter which rung of the Networking ladder one starts on.
The growth we have seen in people is clearly evident, and the positive spin off for business is occurring as the principles are applied in a structured fashion from week to week, with Brenda's support. This has been one of our most successful projects from a business and personal perspective in our lives.
