Brenda trained as an Assessor through the Services Seta, prepared her portfolio of evidence using SAQA US ID 10103, 'Conceptualise innovative customer service systems and strategies', NQF 7. In December 2003 she was assessed as 'competent' against unit standard ASSMT 01, SAQA US ID 7978. On December 14 2006 the ETQA Committee of the Services SETA concluded (decision number 4704020052083) that Brenda Eckstein should be registered as a Constituent Assessor.
