SOCIAL NETWORKING AS A BUSINESS TOOL |
Workshops are developed to suit the specific needs of the group and range in time from two hours to two days, depending on the time available. The new two-hour training session based on the ‘ABCs of Effective Networking’ (published October 2008) is in great demand.
Brenda Eckstein International was awarded the prestigious ‘Star Three’ award by the South African Services Seta and shares her expertise in customer service workshops. Brenda has presented training in customer service and helped business implement programmes for many years. The training may be linked to sustainable customer service strategy (see the section on strategy) or provide the basics for an ‘in house’ programme.
