Assessing

Brenda trained as an Assessor through the Services Seta, prepared her portfolio of evidence using SAQA US ID 10103, 'Conceptualise innovative customer service systems and strategies', NQF 7. In December 2003 she was assessed as 'competent' against unit standard ASSMT 01, SAQA US ID 778. Her SETQAA Decision Number as an assessor is 4704020052083 dated the 14th of December 2005.

On April 1 2004 Brenda was registered as a competent Registered Constituent Assessor with the Services Sector Education and Training Authority in various qualifications/unit standards. Her registration number is BREN-00631.
